Control of Stations. Buyer shall not, directly or indirectly, control, supervise or direct the operations of the Stations prior to Closing. Such operations, including complete control and supervision of all Station programs, employees and policies, shall be the sole responsibility of Seller.

Control of Stations. Except as expressly provided for in the Time Brokerage Agreement, the Buyer shall not directly or indirectly control, supervise or direct, or attempt to control, supervise or direct the operations of the Stations; such operations, including complete control and supervision of all programs and employees, shall be the sole responsibility of the Seller. Without limiting the foregoing, the Buyer shall not induce any of the employees of the Seller to leave their employment with the Seller or employ or otherwise contract for the services of any person who is now employed by the Seller at the time of the commencement of employment discussions between the Buyer and such person.

Control of Stations. This Agreement shall not be consummated until the FCC has given its written consent to the assignment of the Licenses of the Stations.

Control of Stations. Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, Buyer shall not control, manage or supervise the operation of the Stations or the conduct of their business, all of which shall remain the sole responsibility and under the control of Sellers, subject to Sellers' compliance with this Agreement.
