Common use of Cooperation by Parties Clause in Contracts

Cooperation by Parties. With respect to all matters covered by ---------------------- this Agreement, the parties agree to use their good faith efforts to cooperate with each other and to provide to the other party such information as may be reasonably requested regarding these matters, including providing access to and the right to copy, at the requesting party's expense and during normal business hours, all relevant data, records, studies, reports or other documents. Buyer and Sellers further agree to provide each other reasonable access to their respective properties and employees, on a mutually convenient basis. Such access to employees may include interviews or attendance at depositions or legal or administrative proceedings or meetings and conferences with governmental agencies.
