Common use of Cooperative Effort Clause in Contracts

Cooperative Effort. The Parties agree to work cooperatively with each other to accomplish the purpose and intent of this Agreement by allowing City to divert and beneficially use water in its municipal distribution system from Broad Hollow Spring, to the extent that such water is not being diverted into and beneficially used for irrigation purposes at Company’s point of diversion below Broad Hollow Spring, during April and October.

Cooperative Effort.
