Common use of Coordination and Implementation Clause in Contracts

Coordination and Implementation. If opportunities for affordable on campus housing have been identified, the Parties agree to work together in good faith, and in coordination with the City of Redwood City or such other local and state regulatory agencies with jurisdiction over the development of student and employee housing and/or RedwoodLIFE:Evolve, to establish a framework and implementation plan for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to financially contribute to those opportunities, in order for such opportunities to have the best chance for success.
