Common use of Coordination/Clarifications Clause in Contracts

Coordination/Clarifications. The Consultant shall:  Assist the City with resolution of conflicts, provide clarifications and/or interpretations of the Contract Documents prepared by the Consultant.  Prepare drawings, details, specifications, and cost estimates as required to support a maximum of three (3) construction change orders.
