Coordination with Stakeholders. 1.12.1 The Framework Purchaser will be responsible for engaging with tenants for the purpose of arranging Service Provider access to complete initial inspections, and to schedule access during the course of the service. 1.12.2 Prior to the commencement of any works, the Service Provider shall provide a dedicated on-site contact number/person to deal with queries and matters arising during the execution of the works. 2.1 Contract Evaluation Criteria 2.1.1 Service Providers submitting a response to a Mini-Competition Request for Tender must submit the information listed in the table hereunder, that will be assessed on a Pass/Fail basis. Service Providers should note that not all of the criteria listed may apply to every Mini-Competition Request for Tender. 2.1.2 Only those Service Providers passing all of the following contract evaluation criteria will proceed for assessment in accordance with the contract award criteria set out in part 2.2 below.

  • Coordination The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall confer regularly to coordinate the planning, scheduling and performance of preventive and corrective maintenance on the Large Generating Facility and the Attachment Facilities. The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall keep NYISO fully informed of the preventive and corrective maintenance that is planned, and shall schedule all such maintenance in accordance with NYISO procedures.

  • Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.

  • Cooperation with Inspector General Grantee understands its duty, pursuant to Section 20.055(5), Fla. Stat., to cooperate with Florida Housing’s Inspector General in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing. Grantee will comply with this duty and ensure that any contracts issued under this Agreement impose this requirement, in writing, on its subcontractors.

  • CONSULTATION WITH OTHER SUB-ADVISERS In performance of its duties and obligations under this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser shall not consult with any other sub-adviser to the Fund or a sub-adviser to a portfolio that is under common control with the Fund concerning transactions for the Fund, except as permitted by the policies and procedures of the Fund. The Sub-Adviser shall not provide investment advice to any assets of the Fund other than the assets managed by the Sub-Adviser.

  • Cooperation with Investigations You agree to cooperate with us in the investigation of unusual transactions, poor quality transmissions, and resolution of customer claims, including by providing, upon request and without further cost, any originals or copies of items deposited through the Service in your possession and your records relating to such items and transmissions.
