COPIES OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. COUNTY shall furnish CONTRACTOR, free of charge, four (4) copies of the Contract Documents for execution of the Work. CONTRACTOR will be charged, and shall pay COUNTY, all actual costs for each additional set of the Contract Documents which it may require.
COPIES OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. 1.1 Complete sets of Contract Documents may be obtained as stated in the Invitation to Bid. No partial sets will be issued. The Contract Documents may be examined at the locations identified in the Invitation to Bid. 1.2 Complete sets of Contract Documents shall be used in preparing Bids; neither Owner nor Engineer assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Contract Documents. 1.3 The submitted proposal shall include Sections 00300, 00410, 00420, 00430, 00450 and 00480 fully executed. 1.4 Owner and Engineer, in making copies of Contract Documents available on the above terms, do so only for the purpose of obtaining Bids on the Work and do not confer a license or grant for any other use.

Such documents and models are to be used only with respect to the Work, are not to be copied or revised in any manner without the written authorization of the Contract Administrator and are to be returned to the Contract Administrator on request at the completion of the Work.
COPIES OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. Within five (5) Business Days after the written request of the Agent or FSA, and at the expense of the requesting party, the Custodian shall provide such Person with copies of the documents in the Contract Files.
