Copy Services. The Union, upon request, will have access to Copy Services at the cost of the Union.
Copy Services. If Ricoh is engaged to provide onsite Copy Services hereunder, Ricoh will provide reprographic/copying services with various finishing options, including binding, hole punching, stapling, lamination, and other special finishing services mutually agreed upon, at the Customer location(s) identified and at the prices set forth herein. Copy jobs will be completed in accordance with the following Service Levels: Job Accuracy On Time Job Completion
Copy Services. Sublessee shall pay a fee per copy for copies made on Sublessor's copy machines.
Copy Services. Sublessee shall have the right to use the convenience copy machines of Sublessor located on the fourth floor as well as the copy center staff in the event Sublessee desires to deliver materials to the copy center to be photo copied by the copy center staff. Sublessor shall provide Sublessee with an account number to which all such copies shall be billed. Sublessor shall provide a written statement each month to Sublessee setting forth the amount billed to such account number for copy services for the preceding month. Sublessor shall be entitled to receive reimbursement at the rate of $.10 per page for copying, which represents the actual cost to Sublessor of the copy supplies. Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor as additional rent within twenty (20) days following receipt of such statement the amount set forth on such statement. Sublessor shall not be liable for any cost, expense or other damage incurred by Sublessee as a result of the use by Sublessee of Sublessor's copy services.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements regarding covered pharmacy and over-the- counter (OTC) benefits. The Contractor will comply with the EOHHS Pharmacy Home Program and the Generics First Initiative, including the maintenance of the drug formulary in accordance with the direction of the EOHHS Pharmacy Committee.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • EFT SERVICES If approved, you may conduct any one (1) or more of the EFT services offered by the Credit Union.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.
