Core Team. Objective: Provide single point of interface and accountability between program implementation efforts for the TFC’s Texas Border (TBP) Program Team. Provide strong leadership to manage financial and quality expectations while meeting the schedule. Manage the program resources in accordance with funding flows obligated by TFC and assist TFC in responding to, and planning for changing scenarios.
Core Team. Core Team are responsible for the overall management of GUG, strategic setting technical leadership and oversight of the delivery of Components 1 – 3, ensuring adherence to FCDO’s compliance requirements, programme management, financial management, VfM, ICF targets, communications, and monitoring, evaluation and leaning (▇▇▇). Proposed Core Team roles should comprise of: • Programme Leadership. This includes roles responsible for leading the whole programme. Responsibilities will include setting strategic direction to the programme team and interacting with FCDO programme team and any other identified stakeholders.
Core Team. The Core Team shall meet by audio or video teleconference, or in person, on a monthly basis, or as agreed by the Core Team. Any member of the Core Team may designate a substitute to attend and perform the functions of that member at any meeting of the Core Team and each Party may, in its reasonable discretion, invite non-member representatives of such Party to attend such meetings with advance written notice to the other Party. Either Party may request a meeting of the Core Team, which shall occur as soon as reasonably necessary, taking no longer than [*] to meet to address urgent issues, understanding that the issue may not be resolved within the [*], to address the stated purpose of the meeting.

Core Team. As used herein, “Core Team” shall comprise QUOTIENT and STRATEC personnel that have individually been named by QUOTIENT and STRATEC for the purposes of communicating with each other regarding the development activities to be performed hereunder. The Core Team members are listed in Exhibit 2.
Core Team. The TRW employees and contractors that TRW and WI have agreed will initially be assigned to the Program Office.
Core Team. (a) Each member of the core team shall:
1. Be an employee or volunteer of the hospice;
2. Participate in developing and revising written patient care policies and procedures;
3. Participate in the development, review and updating of a patient’s plan of care; and
4. Actively participate in the hospice’s quality assurance pro- gram.
(b) With respect to services provided to a patient, each core team member shall:
1. Assess patient and family needs as directed by the care coordinator;
2. Promptly notify the care coordinator of any change in patient status that suggests a need to update the plan of care ;
3. Provide services consistent with the patient plan of care; and
4. Provide education and counseling to the patient and, as nec- ▇▇▇▇▇▇, to the patient’s family, consistent with the plan of care.
Core Team. Siemens will form a core team according to the Siemens Product Development Process, and will appoint a core team leader. The core team will contain representatives from UBI and from all relevant Siemens’ departments and functions. The core team shall oversee the design, development, testing, regulatory submissions, and commercialization of each of the Products. Siemens’ core team leader and other representatives shall give good faith consideration to UBI’s suggestions and input. For the avoidance of doubt, none of Siemens, the core team, and the core team leader shall have any power: (a) to modify or amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Annex hereto; (b) to require UBI to perform tasks inconsistent with the initial Development Plan, or, if applicable, the version of the Development Plan that has most recently been approved by both Parties in writing; or (c) to determine any issue in a manner that would conflict with the express terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Core Team. Contractor will assign a project manager (the “Project Manager”) and other members of the core Project team (including, as relevant, a project director) (the “Core Team”) for the duration of each project for which a Work Order has been authorized. Contractor agrees to provide thirty (30) days prior written notice to Company, whenever practicable, of any changes to the Core Team, except as specified below. During any Project, Contractor will employ its commercially reasonable efforts to promote members of the Core Team within the Project. Contractor will provide Project-specific training to replacement Core Team members at its own expense. The Project Manager, or such other Core Team Member agreed by the parties, shall be the primary contact for Company and shall timely address all issues and concerns raised by Company, as well as provide to Company all information requested by Company concerning this Agreement or the Services.
Core Team. During the Initial Term (as defined herein), TEA acknowledges the existence of contracts between RCEA and Noble Solutions and between RCEA and LEAN, both of which are intended to complement the Services provided by TEA hereunder pursuant to the joint proposal for services submitted by the Core Team. TEA similarly acknowledges that the TEA Services provided hereunder are intended to complement those of Noble Solutions and LEAN. In performing its Services hereunder, and as applicable TEA shall coordinate its efforts with Noble Solutions and LEAN in order to support the Core Team members’ performance under the respective agreement with RCEA.
