Common use of Correspondence School Clause in Contracts

Correspondence School. a. For teachers assigned to the Distance Education School of the Kootenays, the days established above shall be scheduled between July 2 and June 30 of the subsequent year, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, statutory holidays and Christmas break. b. For teachers assigned to the Distance Education School of the Kootenays, staff shall have the right to schedule their holidays. Each employee shall have the right to one (1) break of no less than four (4) weeks’ duration.
