Cost Estimation Sample Clauses

The Cost Estimation clause defines how the anticipated expenses for a project or service are calculated and presented before work begins. Typically, it outlines the methods or standards used to estimate costs, specifies what items or services are included in the estimate, and may set procedures for revising estimates if project requirements change. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of expected financial commitments, helping to prevent disputes over budget overruns and promoting transparency in project planning.
