Design Submittal. “Design Submittal” means a set of design documents and related information that may be needed for permitting purposes for the Project that will be submitted to the City for review as the Project moves through various design review and approval processes.
Design Submittal. The Cooperator shall provide the District with the final design drawings, signed and sealed by a professional engineer, including supporting documentation. The District shall provide written notice to the Cooperator within 30 days of receipt of the design submittal advising if it appears to meet the requirements of this Agreement. No bid phase or construction phase services are included in this scope. 2. It is assumed that Bond Packages 1-4 will be bid as a single construction package.
Design Submittal. The KFA Team will prepare and submit plans to FOR for review at the 60% design stage. A copy of the Plan Sheets will be provided for BCPW for coordination purposes.

Updated Drawings will be ready for submittal along with the equipment manufacturer’s shop drawings (which will include complete control panel wiring diagrams and panel elevations). • Technical Specifications will be updated based on comments received for the 60% documents along with updates based on shop drawing review. • The FIRM will provide quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) review prior to submittal to the City.
Design Submittal. The Artist shall submit the Final Design Submittal to the City as described in Section 2.1, and receive Final Design Approval – Fabrication Notice to Proceed prior to Final Photography. 4. Consultation during Design, Fabrication and Installation; Deviation from Approved Specifications Artist hereby acknowledges that the goal of the parties to this Contract is the installation of a work of art that best represents the creative talents of Artist and conforms to the requirements of the City. To those ends, Artist agrees to be available as reasonably required for consultation with the City during design and execution of the Art Work, at no additional cost to the City. Artist shall also make good faith efforts to attend any inauguration or presentation ceremonies and/or public relation events.
