Cost Model. With the assistance of the PITS, the PMT will develop a detailed cost model based on the Target Cost breakdown and the profit of each Risk/Reward Team member. The cost model will track paid Chargeable Costs, incurred but unpaid Chargeable Costs, current estimate of future Chargeable Costs, the percentage of the Work completed, Value Added Incentive items, any ICL distributions, the predicted variance of each line item, and the projected variance from the Target Cost. The cost model will be updated by the General Contractor based on a schedule developed by the PMT and will be reviewed and approved by the PMT.
Cost Model. 9.1 Each nation is responsible for covering all costs associated with the Accreditation of organisations within their own nations, in relation to:
9.1.1 developing nation-specific guidance and support material including where appropriate translation into home nations’ languages
9.1.2 developing and maintaining nation-specific peer support networks and online forums
9.1.3 developing and delivering Accreditation training and CPD opportunities
9.1.4 managing the open application process
9.1.5 delivering desk assessments
9.1.6 conducting validation site visits 9.1.7 developing, training and supporting peer reviewers
Cost Model. The VE Cost Model is a study tool presenting both estimated and target construction costs distributed by subsystem or functional area. Target costs shall be determined during the VE workshop and shall represent the VE team’s estimate of the least cost to perform the function of each subsystem or functional area. Large differences between estimated costs and target costs shall be identified as areas with potential for cost savings or value improvement.
Cost Model. The framework will be based on a transaction fee or a commission and transaction fee model. The model shall be agreed between the Contractor and the Framework Public Body at call-off stage. Each Framework Public Body’s account will be operated independently, with the respective Framework Public Body being responsible for payment of the account. All rebates earned will be returned to the respective Framework Public Body organisation.
Cost Model. In parallel with the development of the alternative concepts, the Consultant will prepare a project cost model to be used initially to provide rough- order-of magnitude (R.O.M.) cost estimates of the alternative concepts and to evolve into a detailed cost estimate through the subsequent phases of the project. The cost model will also be used to facilitate value-engineering activities in conjunction with the City.
Cost Model. The CMR shall lead the Project team in collaboratively creating a cost model for the Project based on the approved Project construction costs and submit to APS for approval within fourteen (14) days of issuance of the NTP. The model is to identify the cost of each of the areas of the work based on the building component format, or other format as agreed by APS, and the specific assumptions used to develop the cost. The CMR costs (general conditions, fee, and CMR contingency) are shall NOT be subject to escalation and/or design contingency. The cost model will provide the base from which the subsequent cost estimates can be evaluated to identify areas of cost concern.
Cost Model. RECONCILIATION Cost models shall be reviewed on an ongoing basis to determine if the models conform to approved budgets and target costs developed as part of Target Value Design efforts. To the extent cost models do not conform with budgets and target costs, the Management Group shall give direction on what actions shall be taken by members of the CPD Team.
Cost Model. The Contractor shall provide the projects and support for a fee as set forth in Paragraph 3.B according to the following stipulations:
1. A $15 trip charge shall apply to each On-Site service call
2. Remote service calls shall have no minimum
3. Billable labor shall only include time spent on-task and/or on- site in 15 minute increments
4. Parts from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Electric will be billed from Manufacturer’s Price List at a 0.37 multiplier 5. Standard Service Rate (8am-5pm M-F) = $85.00/hr
Cost Model. Payment shall be made upon Acceptance of each Deliverable and upon the receipt and acceptance of a detailed, certified Payment Invoice. Payment will be made to the Contractor's designated mailing address. Payment shall be tendered to the Contractor within thirty (30) days of the date of written Certification of Acceptance. If payment is made by mail, the payment shall be deemed tendered on the date it is postmarked. The City shall not incur late charges, interest, or penalties for failure to make payment within the time specified herein. All Payment Invoices MUST BE received by the City no later than fifteen (15) days after the termination of this Agreement. Payment Invoices received after such date WILL NOT BE PAID.
Cost Model. COUNTY and CITY agree that the amounts to be paid by City to County pursuant to this Agreement shall be computed in accordance with the Cost Model attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof.
