Acceptance of a. Purchase Order shall be done by means of issuing a written confirmation by ▇▇▇▇▇/Weiyin as aforesaid, specifying, at least, the certain Products to be delivered thereunder, the delivery date, the applicable part of the Consideration with respect to same, the destination of delivery and any other pertinent information it deems fit for this purpose.

Acceptance of a. Project Milestone shall occur when the Client notifies Inglenet of its acceptance that Inglenet has fulfilled the Project Milestone. Alternatively, Acceptance of a Project Milestone shall be deemed to have occurred if 30 days have elapsed after notice by Inglenet to the Client of the completion of the Project Milestone and the Client has not notified Inglenet of a Substantial Deficiency. A Substantial Deficiency is a deficiency in the Project Milestone concerning functionality or data integrity which prevents the implementation of the Project Milestone. Inglenet shall promptly rectify the deficiency and, upon rectification, Inglenet shall notify the Client of the completion of the Project Milestone.

Acceptance of a. University contract by the faculty member includes acceptance of the general conditions of employment and responsibilities set forth in University policies. This acceptance is the faculty member’s legal commitment to his/her role in furthering the University’s academic mission through observable professionalism congruent with the University’s mission.

Acceptance of a referral by a pro ▇▇▇▇ barrister (until online Portal is in place) 23. Until the Portal is in place a referral may be accepted by a barrister by email, telephone or in person to the Pro ▇▇▇▇ Scheme Coordinator. 24. Once a referral has been accepted, the Pro ▇▇▇▇ Scheme Coordinator will email the SRL Coordinator confirmation that the referral has been accepted and the contact details of the relevant barrister. As soon as possible, the SRL Coordinator will provide the barrister with the contact details of the relevant person, copies of any relevant Court documents and such other details about the matter as the Court may direct. The SRL Coordinator will then notify the relevant person that the referral has been accepted by a barrister and provide them with the barrister’s contact details. Whenever practicable, the SRL Coordinator will also notify the Judicial Officer or Court Officer who made the referral that the referral has been accepted and the name of the relevant volunteer barrister.
