Temporary Contract Sample Clauses

A Temporary Contract clause defines the terms under which an employment or service relationship is established for a limited, predefined period. This clause typically specifies the start and end dates of the contract, outlines the scope of work or services to be performed, and may address conditions for renewal or early termination. By clearly setting the duration and expectations, it provides both parties with certainty regarding the temporary nature of the arrangement and helps prevent misunderstandings about ongoing obligations.
