Cost of Samples Sample Clauses

The 'Cost of Samples' clause defines which party is responsible for bearing the expenses associated with producing, delivering, or testing product samples. Typically, this clause specifies whether the buyer or seller pays for the creation and shipment of samples, and may outline reimbursement procedures or limits on sample costs. Its core function is to prevent disputes by clearly allocating financial responsibility for samples, ensuring both parties understand their obligations before proceeding with further transactions.
