Cost of the Service. HBCRA agrees to pay City of Hallandale Beach three hundred and one thousand one hundred and thirty Dollars ($301,130.00) for the above mentioned services for fiscal year 2012-2013.
Cost of the Service. 7.1 The funding that will be provided to the Company from the Council is as follows: Year 1 £ Year 2 £ Year 3 £
7.2 The above funding is based on the provision of 164320 sessions annually
7.3 Additional sessions will be paid for at a cost per session to be agreed between the Council and the Company and determined on the basis of eligible assessed needs for that additional session.
Cost of the Service. The Service is an additional service to your Home Broadband service plan. The Service is included at no extra cost within all Home Broadband Pro II plans. The Service is not currently available on other Home Broadband plans.
Cost of the Service. The cost of the service shall include a start-up fee and a monthly base rate as outlined in the attached Service Order. 2ndHome Connect customers will also be assessed daily usage fees as outlined in the 2ndHome Connect Service Order.
A. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, rates, charges and other payments ("Charges") SHALL BE SET FORTH ON THE APPLICABLE Service Order and/or any pricing sheet ("Pricing Sheet"), Oasis Broadband may, at its option, increase the service charge to reflect actual tariff charges of its underlying providers and any increases in the local exchange tariff charged to Oasis Broadband. Subscriber may pre-pay Charges for each term set forth on the Service Order, or Subscriber may pay Charges on a monthly basis. For subscribers paying monthly, Charges shall be invoiced monthly in advance and payment is due upon receipt of such invoice, with the first month’s Charges and any nonrecurring charges to be paid upon execution of this Agreement or any subsequent Service Order under this Agreement.
B. If Oasis Broadband reasonably believes that subscriber’s credit or payment history is problematic, then Oasis Broadband reserves the right throughout the term to request adequate assurances of payment and to suspend the Data Services until such adequate assurances are received. Oasis Broadband may, at its discretion, check the credit history of the Subscriber prior to acceptance of any order. Oasis Broadband reserves the right to reject any order based on the results of the credit check, or to impose additional terms and conditions, in accordance with its credit policies. In this event an amendment to the terms and conditions will be issued.
C. Conditional upon acceptance of an order, Oasis Broadband may require advance payment, progress payments or other forms of security.
Cost of the Service. Payment for the Service is generally borne by the exporter or, more infrequently, by the importer. Additional tasks, such as re-inspection, test:;, or specific audits (access to "streamlined processes") may also be invoiced for.
Cost of the Service a. A flat fee of $675.00 per intersection will be charged for the maintenance schedule listed above in section 1.

Cost of the Service. The City agrees to provide a grant to PAL through the City’s Law Enforcement Trust Fund in the amount of Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00) for the services set forth in attached Exhibit A.
Cost of the Service. 3.1. The cost of the Service shall be set in roubles of the Russian Federation.
3.2. The cost of the Service rendered by the Service Provider shall be set at RUB 2,300 (two thousand three hundred roubles) and 00 kopecks per test, VAT exempt.
3.3. The Customer shall pay for the Service when the Agreement (acceptance) is concluded by remitting 100% prepayment to the Service Provider’s bank account (payment online or through a cash register).
3.4. The Service Provider may not change the cost of the Service once it has been paid for.
3.5. The Customer’s obligations to pay for the Service shall be deemed fulfilled once the funds have been credited to the Service Provider’s bank account.
3.6. The Services shall be deemed to have been duly rendered by the Service Provider and accepted by the Customer in full if the Customer does not submit substantiated objections in writing within 3 (three) calendar days of receiving the result of the Services. Once this deadline expires, no claims shall be accepted regarding shortcomings in the Services.
Cost of the Service. 10.1 Initially, due to the small scale of BfN’s operations, the cost of providing this service will be absorbed by HfN into other project management costs. However HfN reserves the right to charge BfN for its services as the business grows.
Cost of the Service. The Service is available for free of charge (excluding any connection costs, whose price depends on your electronic communication service provider).
