Common use of Cost Schedule Clause in Contracts

Cost Schedule. Except as provided in the Contract, the following labor rates and fixed prices will apply during the first two years of the Contract: 1. Scheduled Preventive Maintenance: Contractor shall charge the fixed prices set out in Section II.A. for scheduled PM services provided under this Contract. 2. Labor Rates: Contractor’s charge for labor, to include all direct labor, burden, profit and other costs related to the labor portion of the service provided shall be as follows: a. Standard Labor Rate(s) per hour for scheduled maintenance and in-shop repairs, except for the scheduled maintenance charges shown in this Exhibit: b. Body Shop Labor Rate: $50.00 c. Labor Rate for D.E.Q. inspection if provided Fixed rate $49.95 (applies to passenger vehicles and light trucks under 8,500 GVWR)
