County Data. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed to waive the requirements of § 205.009 of the Texas Local Government Code, and the County will be able to retrieve its data in a standard industry format. All data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated under this Agreement shall be and remain under the ownership and use of the County.
