Couples Sample Clauses
The 'Couples' clause defines how the agreement applies to individuals who are in a romantic or marital relationship. It typically clarifies whether both partners are considered parties to the contract, how their rights and obligations are shared or divided, and may address issues such as joint liability or the handling of shared assets. This clause ensures that the legal relationship between the couple is clearly established within the context of the agreement, preventing misunderstandings and allocating responsibilities appropriately.
