Course Records Clause Samples

The 'Course Records' clause establishes the requirements for maintaining and managing documentation related to a course, such as attendance logs, assessment results, and participant progress reports. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for keeping these records, the format in which they should be stored, and the duration for which they must be retained. By setting clear expectations for record-keeping, the clause ensures accountability, facilitates compliance with regulatory or accreditation standards, and provides a reliable reference in case of disputes or audits.
