Covenant of Non-Solicitation Sample Clauses
A Covenant of Non-Solicitation is a contractual provision that prohibits one party, typically an employee or former employee, from directly or indirectly soliciting the clients, customers, or employees of the other party for a specified period after the relationship ends. This clause often applies to situations where an employee leaves a company and is restricted from approaching former colleagues or clients to join a new business or competitor. Its core practical function is to protect the business interests and relationships of the company by preventing unfair competition and the loss of valuable business connections.
