COVENANTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF BUSINESS MANAGER. During the Term, Business Manager shall provide all Management Services as are necessary and appropriate for the day-to-day administration of the business aspects of PA's operations, including without limitation those set forth in this Article IV in accordance with all law, rules, regulations and guidelines applicable to the provision of Management Services.

COVENANTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF BUSINESS MANAGER. During the Term, Business Manager shall provide serve generally in a supervisory capacity in order to best oversee all aspects of the Management Services provided hereunder, specifically by arranging and coordinating such Management Services as are Business Manager, in its supervisory capacity, deems necessary and appropriate for to facilitate the day-to-day administration of the business aspects of New PA's operations, including without limitation those set forth in this Article IV in accordance with all law, rules, regulations and guidelines applicable to the provision of Management Services.
