Coverage for a. D.& D. in the amount of two (2) times annual salary to the nearest One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) ceasing at age seventy (70) or upon resignation or retirement, whichever is earlier. A. D.& D. benefits shall include rehabilitation benefits of up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), spousal training benefits of up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), and repatriation benefits of up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).
Coverage for a newly acquired auto" is provided as described below. If you ask us to insure a "newly acquired auto" after a specified time period described below has elapsed, any coverage we provide for a "newly acquired auto" will begin at the time you request the coverage.

Coverage for a teacher completing a school year will stay in effect until August 30th of that year. Anyone terminating their position without completing the school year would be covered until the 1st of the following month. Teachers who have taught for at least ten (10) years in the Ashland School District and who are fifty-five (55) years of age or more may remain on the District’s retiree group health plan provided they make timely payment of the appropriate premiums.

  • Coverage If any of the aforementioned liability insurance is arranged on a "claims made" basis, "tail" coverage will be required at the completion of this contract for a duration of 24 months or the maximum time period the PURCHASER's insurer will provide such if less than 24 months. PURCHASER will be responsible for furnishing certification of "tail" coverage as described or continuous "claims made" liability coverage for 24 months following contract completion. Continuous "claims made" coverage will be acceptable in lieu of "tail" coverage, provided its retroactive date is on or before the effective date of this contract.
