CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS. There will be a closing date of at least five (5) working days after the posting of any vacancy except during the summer when it will be ten (10) working days. The Administration may post in-house and outside the District concurrently. No outside applicant shall be selected to fill a vacancy if there is a qualified unit member applicant (See Section 17.4.7).
