Credentialing of Contract Providers. 2.11.7.1.1 The CONTRACTOR shall utilize the current NCQA Standards and Guidelines for the Accreditation of MCOs for the credentialing and recredentialing of licensed independent providers and provider groups with whom it contracts or employs and who fall within its scope of authority and action. 2.11.7.1.2 The CONTRACTOR shall completely process credentialing applications within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a completed credentialing application, including all necessary documentation and attachments, and a signed provider agreement. Completely process shall mean that the CONTRACTOR shall review, approve and load approved applicants to its provider files in its claims processing system or deny the application and assure that the provider is not used by the CONTRACTOR.

Completely process shall mean that the CONTRACTOR shall review, approve and load approved applicants to its provider files in its claims processing system or deny the application and assure that the provider is not used by the CONTRACTOR.
Credentialing of Contract Providers. HCCC certifies that its Contract Providers meet the criteria established under HCCC's credentialing, recredentialing, and quality assurance procedures (for the purposes of this Section 2.1 only, "Credentialing Procedures"). If HCCC makes any material changes to its Credentialing Procedures, HCCC will notify GEHA within thirty (30) days of the change. GEHA acknowledges that HCCC has previously modified its Credentialing Procedures at GEHA's request for certain Contract Providers that did not meet HCCC's standard criteria. Upon request, HCCC shall provide GEHA a copy of the description of HCCC's hospital and OCN quality assessment program.

  • Credentialing Firm shall be required to access Citizens’ online vendor credentialing system (“CAIS”) to input, update and maintain certain information about Firm and the persons who will perform work related to this Agreement (“Staff”), as provided below and in Exhibit B attached hereto.

  • Credentialing Requirements Registry Operator, through the facilitation of the CZDA Provider, will request each user to provide it with information sufficient to correctly identify and locate the user. Such user information will include, without limitation, company name, contact name, address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address and IP address.

  • Coordination, Oversight and Monitoring of Service Providers As set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement between the Fund and CRMC, CRMC shall coordinate, monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Service Providers with which AFS contracts. AFS shall monitor Service Providers’ provision of services including the delivery of Customer account statements and all Fund-related material, including summary prospectuses and/or prospectuses, shareholder reports, and proxies.

  • Performance and Compliance with Contracts and Credit and Collection Policy The Seller shall (and shall cause the Servicer to), at its expense, timely and fully perform and comply with all material provisions, covenants and other promises required to be observed by it under the Contracts related to the Receivables, and timely and fully comply in all material respects with the applicable Credit and Collection Policies with regard to each Receivable and the related Contract.

  • SUBCONTRACTOR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS Any Contractor representations or certifications set forth in this Contract shall apply to subcontractors (at any tier) and Contractor shall not utilize any subcontractors (at any tier) who cannot provide such representations or certifications, excepting the certification to be registered with Washington’s Statewide Payee Desk, unless Purchaser will pay such subcontractor directly.
