CRITICAL ISSUES LIST. Each Transition Status Report shall include a listing of all unresolved issues related to the Transition Plan and Transition Services, including those for which PacifiCare has primary responsibility, including due dates, priority lists, identification of the responsible Party for tasks and projects related to the Transition Plan, potential and actual business and Transition Plan execution impact assessment.
