Common use of Cross Connects Clause in Contracts

Cross Connects. 4.1 The provisioning of a Loop to Windstream’s collocation space will require cross-office cabling and cross-connections within the central office to connect the Loop to a local switch or to other transmission equipment. These cross-connects are separate components that are not considered a part of the Loop, and thus, have a separate charge pursuant to the Collocation Price List.
