Common use of Crossing of Picket Lines Clause in Contracts

Crossing of Picket Lines. In the event that any other employees of the Employer engage in a strike or where employees in a labour dispute engage in a strike and maintain picket lines, the employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross such picket lines. Failure to cross such a picket line by the members of this Union shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement, nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.
