Crossing of Picket Lines. Employees shall have the right to refuse to perform the work of striking/locked out persons employed in other Bargaining Units of NSCAD University. Subject to its other rights in such circumstances, the Employer agrees that it shall not take disciplinary action against an employee for refusing to cross a legal picket line of persons employed in other Bargaining Units at NSCAD University.
