Current Traffic. The Current conditions analysis is based on traffic counts conducted by VRPA Technologies in early 2009. At the time existing roadways and intersections were analyzed and traffic counts attained, the study area was experiencing substantial roadway construction activity. Conditions are expected to continue to change as SR-905 construction progresses. Results from this study indicated level of service E or F at the following locations: Otay Mesa Road from SR-125 to Sanyo Avenue E Otay Mesa Road/Sanyo Avenue intersection* E Otay Mesa Road/ Alta Road intersection* E Airway Road/La Media Road intersection E Siempre Viva Road/Paseo De Las Americas intersection F
