Customer Account Statements. IBM Credit will send statements of each transaction hereunder as well as monthly billing statements to Customer with respect to Advances and other charges due on Customer's account with IBM Credit. Each statement of transaction and monthly billing statement shall be deemed, absent manifest error, to be correct and shall constitute an account stated with respect to each transaction or amount described therein unless within seven (7) Business Days after such statement of transaction or billing statement is received by Customer, Customer provides IBM Credit written notice objecting that such amount or transaction is incorrectly described therein and specifying the error(s), if any, contained therein. IBM Credit may at any time adjust such statements of transaction or billing statements to comply with applicable law and this Agreement.
Customer Account Statements. Each Lender will send statements of each transaction hereunder as well as monthly billing statements to Applicable Customers with respect to Advances and other charges due on Applicable Customers' account with such Lender. Each statement of transaction and monthly billing statement shall be deemed, absent manifest error, to be correct and shall constitute an account stated with respect to each transaction or amount described therein unless within forty five (45) days after such statement of transaction or billing statement is received by Applicable Customer, Applicable Customer provides such Lender written notice objecting that such amount or transaction is incorrectly described therein and specifying the error(s), if any, contained therein. A Lender may at any time adjust such statements of transaction or billing statements to comply with applicable law and this Agreement.
Customer Account Statements. (A) IBM Credit will send statements of each transaction ("SOT") hereunder to each Customer with respect to Product Advances and other charges due on Customer's account with IBM Credit. Each SOT shall be deemed, absent manifest error, to be correct and shall constitute an account stated with respect to each transaction or amount described therein unless within sixty (60) calendar days after such SOT is received by such Customer, Customer provides IBM Credit written notice specifying the error(s), if any, contained therein by amount and transaction. In each case, in which a Customer submits to International Business Machines Corporation ("IBM") a credit request for a Supplier Credit ("Credit Request"), IBM Credit will add the amount of the Credit Request to the amount of Available Credit, provided, however, that such request (i) is verifiable by IBM, and (ii) has been submitted to IBM Credit according to the dispute process, including but not limited to submitting all Credit Requests via the Internet within sixty (60) days of the date of invoice, or within thirty (30) days from the date of return of a Product damaged in transit. The Available Credit will be decreased by the amount of the Credit Request if IBM does not deem such Credit Request valid or invalid within thirty (30) days of receipt of such request. For purposes of this Agreement, Credit Request shall mean a request for a Supplier Credit to be issued by IBM for Products (i) invoiced but not delivered, (ii) invoiced in an incorrect amount or (iii) returned to IBM because damaged intransit.
Customer Account Statements. Included as Schedule 4.5(b) are customer account statements as of July 31, 2014 (collectively, the “Customer Account Statements”), depicting for each customer of Company: (i) all ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and cash receipts for the past twelve (12) months; and (ii) all outstanding accounts receivable to date.

  • Account Statements Securities Intermediary shall send Secured Party and Pledgor written account statements with respect to the Reserve Account not less frequently than monthly. Reports or confirmation of the execution of orders and statements of account shall be conclusive if not objected to in writing within thirty (30) days after delivery.

  • Account Statement Subscriber Account Statement will be updated on a periodic basis and can be accessed anytime on My Tata Sky. The Account Statement will contain details of the transactions made between the Subscriber and the Company in the previous month in connection with the Subscriber Account. Account Statements for the previous six months can be accessed by the Subscriber, free of cost, on My Tata Sky. Subscriber is solely responsible to ensure that the Subscriber has internet connection and/or necessary computer infrastructure to access and/or use My Tata Sky. Subscriber may request copies of the Account Statement for the previous month, which may be provided by the Company via e-mail to the registered email address. The Company reserves the right to charge additional amount for such additional services (such as material charge, visit charge, swap charge etc.) and debit the amount from the Subscriber Account, subject to Applicable Law, and the Subscriber hereby consents to the same. It shall be the responsibility of the Subscriber to ensure that the Company has the correct and latest email address.

  • Account Stated Agent shall maintain, in accordance with its customary practices, loan account(s) evidencing the Debt of Borrowers hereunder. Any failure of Agent to record anything in a loan account, or any error in doing so, shall not limit or otherwise affect the obligation of Borrowers to pay any amount owing hereunder. Entries made in a loan account shall constitute presumptive evidence of the information contained therein. If any information contained in a loan account is provided to or inspected by any Person, the information shall be conclusive and binding on such Person for all purposes absent manifest error, except to the extent such Person notifies Agent in writing within 30 days after receipt or inspection that specific information is subject to dispute.

  • Customer Accounts The Bank agrees to establish and maintain the following accounts (“Accounts”): (a) A custody account in the name of the Customer (“Custody Account”) for any and all stocks, shares, bonds, debentures, notes, mortgages or other obligations for the payment of money, bullion, coin and any certificates, receipts, warrants or other instruments representing rights to receive, purchase or subscribe for the same or evidencing or representing any other rights or interests therein and other similar property whether certificated or uncertificated as may be received by the Bank or its Subcustodian (as defined in Section 3) for the account of the Customer (“Securities”); and (b) A deposit account in the name of the Customer (“Deposit Account”) for any and all cash in any currency received by the Bank or its Subcustodian for the account of the Customer, which cash shall not be subject to withdrawal by draft or check. The Customer warrants its authority to: 1) deposit the cash and Securities (“Assets”) received in the Accounts and 2) give Instructions (as defined in Section 11) concerning the Accounts. The Bank may deliver securities of the same class in place of those deposited in the Custody Account. Upon written agreement between the Bank and the Customer, additional Accounts may be established and separately accounted for as additional Accounts under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Reports to the Trustee; Collection Account Statements Not later than twenty days after each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall forward, upon request, to the Trustee and the Depositor the most current available bank statement for the Collection Account. Copies of such statement shall be provided by the Trustee to any Certificateholder and to any Person identified to the Trustee as a prospective transferee of a Certificate, upon request at the expense of the requesting party, provided such statement is delivered by the Servicer to the Trustee.
