The 'Customer Representatives' clause designates specific individuals who are authorized to act on behalf of the customer in matters related to the contract. Customer Representatives. For all purposes hereunder, Customer’s jobbers, distributors, Carriers, haulers and other customers designated in writing or otherwise by Customer to have loading privileges under this Agreement or having possession of any loading device furnished to Customer pursuant to this Agreement, together with their respective officers, servants and employees, shall, when they access the Terminal, be deemed to be representatives of Customer.
Customer Representatives. If an Agent is responsible for supervising a Customer Representative who services Citizens’ business, then the Agent must ensure that the Customer Representative completes all Citizens’ mandatory training and any other Citizens’ requirements.

Furthermore, the Agency acknowledges and agrees that each appointed Agent must have an official and unique email address that is specific to the individual Agent for notices under this Agent Appointment Agreement.
IV. V. Commissions
Customer Representatives. The customer is obliged to provide Tinext with and keep up- to-date a list containing the names of the persons, other than those indicated in the Agreement, authorized to request services from the latter. Tinext will not comply with any request from persons not on this list or not having representative powers for the Party.
Customer Representatives. 10.1 The Customer shall inform the Supplier upon the Commencement Date of the identity of the person or persons who shall act as the same contact point and channel of communication for the provision by the Supplier of the Services during this Agreement. The Customer should forthwith inform the Supplier of any change in the identity of any such person or persons.
Customer Representatives. You will nominate the Customer Representative as at the Commencement Date and promptly notify EZHost of all changes to the Customer Representative. EZHost will confirm in writing that changes have been received and updated.
