CUSTOMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL. You may cancel this Agreement, without penalty, prior to close of business on the tenth (10th) day following the mailing of the enrollment notification sent by your LDC (“Cancellation Period”). CUSTOMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL. Once you have signed the contract, you still may be able to reconsider that decision within three business days under the Minnesota Home Solicitation Sales Act. Generally, in all home solicitation sales, the seller must: (a) inform the buyer orally of the right to cancel; (b) provide a receipt or copy of a contract that references specific language regarding the right to cancel a contract; and (c) furnish the buyer with a fully completed form in duplicate captioned “Notice of Cancellation.” Until all three forms of notice are properly provided, you have an ongoing right to cancel the contract even if more than three business days have passed. Once the seller provides proper notice, the three business days right to cancel begins to run.

If you use BAY AREA TENNIS & FITNESS INC.’s facility or services, BAY AREA TENNIS & FITNESS INC. will charge you the premium guest fee. This right of cancellation shall affect only the financial obligations under the contract and the customer’s right to use BAY AREA TENNIS & FITNESS INC. facility.
CUSTOMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL. You may cancel this agreement at any time during the period that ends ten (10) days after the day you receive a written copy of the agreement. You do not need to give the supplier a reason for canceling during this 10-day period. Customer may cancel this Agreement by mailing a written notice of cancellation to Company. In the event of cancellation by Customer, Customer shall receive a prorated refund of the payments made by Customer for the current term of the Agreement.
