Danger Statements Clause Samples

A Danger Statements clause serves to explicitly identify and communicate specific hazards or risks associated with a product, service, or activity. Typically, this clause lists potential dangers such as chemical exposure, physical injury, or operational risks, and may include instructions or warnings to mitigate these risks. Its core practical function is to ensure that users or parties are adequately informed about inherent dangers, thereby promoting safety and reducing liability for the provider.
