Dangerous Conditions. Under no circumstances will an employee be required or assigned to engage in any activity involving dangerous conditions of work, or danger to person or property or in violation of any applicable statute or court order, or in violation of government regulation relating to safety of person or equipment. The term “dangerous conditions of work” does not relate to the type of cargo hauled or handled.
Dangerous Conditions. If, during the Assignment, Photographer or his crew are exposed to: (a) conditions which imperil or cause the Photographer or his crew to fear for their safety, or (b) objectionable or illegal acts to which Photographer and his crew do not wish to be a party or witness, then the Studio reserves the right to immediately protect Studio’s and Photographer’s interests, including but not limited to a cessation of the Assignment, leaving the Assignment location(s), and/or terminating this Agreement. In such circumstances, the Studio will not refund any moneys paid by Client. Client shall indemnify Studio and Photographer from any damage or injury that Studio, Photographer or his crew may sustain, arising from, or related to, any hazardous conditions which imperil or cause Photographer or his crew to fear for their safety, while performing the Assignment.
Dangerous Conditions. Where an employee believes that a dangerous condition exists in their workplace, the employee shall report such condition to their supervisor. If plans are not made to remedy the condition, the supervisor shall report the condition to the Environmental Health and Safety Office (EHSO). The EHSO shall conduct an inspection, in which the Union Co-Chair of the Joint Committee shall participate, for the purposes of examining the condition and resolving the employee=s concern.
