Common use of Data and Reports Clause in Contracts

Data and Reports. Institution and/or Investigator shall submit all data, reports, queries, and other requested information in a timely manner. Institution and/or Investigator shall maintain Study reports as required by the Protocol and Instructions. Institution and Investigator agree to provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with the data called for in the Protocol via the appropriate electronic data capture system in accordance with the schedule communicated by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and in compliance with the Electronic Access Terms and Conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
