Data Preservation Sample Clauses

Data Preservation. To protect Customer from the loss of data in the event of fire or other event which destroys data at SEI Trust’s data center, SEI Trust will prepare and preserve magnetic tapes (or other medium) (“Save Tapes”), at such times and containing such information as set forth on Exhibit F attached hereto. SEI Trust will deliver the Save Tapes to a secure location other than SEI Trust’s data center.

Data Preservation. Prior to any intervention by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or its contractors and as a matter of routine, the Restaurateur must: (a) perform a backup of all data and files; and (b) run the programs intended to prevent any loss, destruction or alteration of the Restaurant’s data. For any request for Installation Support Services, Maintenance Services, or repair and replacement services, the Restaurateur must contact TheFork Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00 Paris time. TheFork or its contractors cannot perform Maintenance Services in the following situations: ∙ if the Hardware configuration was changed and/or software added that is not compatible with the core software; ∙ the use of consumables that are not compatible with the Hardware; ∙ the use of an unsuitable electrical current or defective telephone lines; ∙ faulty air conditioning or fluctuations in the electrical current; ∙ failure of the Restaurateur to comply with this Agreement; ∙ accidents, acts of vandalism, intentional or unintentional negligence, water damage, fire, acts of sabotage or any force majeure event.

Data Preservation. The Customer agrees to store Customer Data and Non-Customer End User Data in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, policies and ordinances and their associated record retention schedules. As part of Customer’s consideration for paid access and no-fee access to the Flock System, to the extent that Flock is required by local, state or federal law to store the Customer Data or the Non-Customer End User Data, Customer agrees to preserve and securely store this data on Flock’s behalf so that Flock can delete the data from its servers and, should Flock be legally compelled by judicial or government order, Flock may retrieve the data from Customer upon demand.

Data Preservation. The Agency agrees to store Agency Data in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws, regulations, policies and ordinances and their associated record retention schedules. As part of Agency’s consideration for paid access and no-fee access to the Flock System, to the extent that Flock is required by local, state or federal law to preserve the Agency Data, Flock will notify Agency of the requirement and applicable retention period, and Agency agrees to preserve and securely store this data on Flock’s behalf so that should Flock be legally compelled by judicial or government order, Flock may retrieve the data from Agency upon demand.

Data Preservation. Design-Builder shall preserve intact (in printed and digital form) Schedule Data in succeeding versions, avoiding deletion or modification of historic data and other information contained in them.

Data Preservation. Customer will create and preserve reasonable backup copies of its data and other business information and records, perform accuracy checks on a routine basis, and take such other precautions as may reasonably be required to detect and guard against possible malfunctions, loss of data, or unauthorized access to Customer’s computer systems.

Data Preservation. Research Data, Digital Research Data and other data, to the extent possible, shall be preserved according to UW’s “Policy on Research Data” (March 24, 2015), which generally provides that data must be “maintained for a period in accordance with all applicable legal requirements and University policies, including: (1) the contractual requirements or federal regulations applicable to any funding that supported the research in which the Research Data were generated;

Data Preservation. If a consumer’s access to cloud services is terminated “for cause,” i.e., because the consumer has violated the clouds' acceptable use policies or for nonpayment, most providers state that they have no obligation to preserve any consumer data remaining in cloud storage. Further, after a consumer voluntarily stops using a cloud, providers generally state that they will not intentionally erase the consumer’s data for a period of 30 days. Some providers preserve only a snapshot of consumer data, or recommend that consumers: (1) backup their data outside that provider’s cloud inside another provider’s cloud, or (2) back it up locally.

Data Preservation. Raw data collected during the course of this project, as well as any reports and/or evaluations will be archived and preserved at Saddleback College at the end of the performance period. Alliance partners and funding agency will be given access to data if requested. All financial records, supporting documents, statistical records and all other records and data pertinent to this project will be preserved by Saddleback College for a minimum of three years after the expiration of the award, in accordance with NSF’s Record Retention and Audit requirements.
