Data Protection Addendum. This Data Protection Addendum (Addendum) sets out the terms that apply when Personal Data is Processed by Pelican. The purpose of this Addendum is to ensure that such Processing is conducted in accordance with Data Protection Legislation. The terms used in this Addendum shall have the meanings set forth in this Addendum. Capitalised terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Agreement. If there is any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and the terms of this Addendum in relation to the Processing of Personal Data, the terms of this Addendum shall prevail.
