Database Administration. 4.5.1 Within the scope of Database Administration EXASOL monitors performance trends in the data base and reports them to the Customer on a regular basis (e.g. monthly). In addition, EXASOL analyses performance issues in the Cluster, which are not recognized as errors according to Sec. 3.2.1, and provides the Customer with suggestions for improvement. Such effort is limited to one man-day per month. EXASOL may undertake additional effort within the scope of the consulting portfolio. 4.5.2 EXASOL requires access to the system tables in the data base through a special data base user. This user only has access to the system tables and statistic system tables. Thus, a direct access to the data tables of the data base is excluded. 4.5.3 Database Administration Times correspond to the Service Times according to Sec. 1.2.
