Common use of Date of Effect Clause in Contracts

Date of Effect. The following provisions shall take effect and be binding upon the Society and the Union for a period commencing the 1st day of December 2015 and ending the 30th day of November 2018, save and except as may be expressly required herein or as may be required from time to time by the statutes of British Columbia.
