Common use of DAY WORKER Clause in Contracts

DAY WORKER. An employee who, if not taking annual leave would otherwise have worked on day work only, will be paid a loading of 17.5% of the employee's relevant rate, that rate to include any higher duty allowance or other all-purpose payment to which the employee is entitled.
