Common use of Day Workers Clause in Contracts

Day Workers. 12.01 The regular hours for service for Day Workers shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. subject to the following conditions: A) A thirty minute (consecutive) lunch break as scheduled between 12 noon and 1:00 p.m.,except in case of a breakdown. B) One - 15-minute rest period in the morning. The above regular hours of work for day workers can be changed by mutual agreement. 12.02 Normal hours of employment for Day Workers shall not exceed forty (40) hours per week.
