Common use of Days to be Observed Clause in Contracts

Days to be Observed. Full-time Employees are entitled to the following holidays with pay: New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Regatta Day, Labour Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, ANZAC Day, Queen’s Birthday, Hobart Show Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Where ANZAC Day falls on a weekend, a day in lieu will not be observed.
