DCS Technical Requirements. 11.6.1 DCS shall provide completed end-to-end cross connection of the channels designated by Advent. 11.6.2 Where technically available in BellSouth's DCS system and supported by BellSouth's network management software, DCS shall provide multiplexing, format conversion, signaling conversion, or other functions. 11.6.3 The end-to-end cross connection assignment shall be input to the underlying device used to provide DCS from an operator at a terminal or via an intermediate system.
