Common use of Debriefing Clause in Contracts

Debriefing. 37.1 In the event that a Bidder is unsuccessful, the Bidder may request for a debriefing from UNDP. The purpose of the debriefing is to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the Bidder’s submission, in order to assist the Bidder in improving its future Bids for UNDP procurement opportunities. The content of other Bids and how they compare to the Bidder’s submission shall not be discussed.
