Common use of Debriefing Clause in Contracts

Debriefing. At the conclusion of the COP process, all CSA Holders that submitted a Quotation will be notified. If the COP process resulted in an Order, any CSA Holders who submitted a Quotation may request a debriefing meeting with the Purchaser. At the option of the Purchaser, any debriefing meeting will be held by telephone conference or in person meeting.
