Debris Control. 1. Maintain all areas under Contractor's control free of extraneous debris. 2. Initiate and maintain a specific program to prevent accumulation of debris at construction site, storage and parking areas, or along access roads and haul routes. a. Provide acceptable containers for deposit of debris. b. Prohibit overloading of trucks to prevent spillages on access and haul routes. (1) Provide periodic inspection of traffic areas to enforce requirements. 3. Schedule periodic collection and disposal of debris. a. Provide additional collections and disposals of debris whenever the periodic schedule is inadequate to prevent accumulation.
Debris Control. The Contractor shall promptly remove all debris generated from contract operations (e.g. grass clippings, shrubbery clippings, dead plants, tree limbs, etc.) for each work area. All debris shall be removed when the work item is complete, but no later than the end of each workday. The debris shall be removed from the work site and disposed of by the Contractor outside the City boundaries at a site approved by the City. The cost of disposal shall be included in the Contract Sum and no additional compensation shall be allowed.
Debris Control. A. All clippings, trimmings, cuttings, trash and rubbish associated with landscape maintenance shall be promptly removed from the site. B. The property shall be toured each visit to pick up and dispose of debris such as bottles, papers, cartons, and similar items to keep the grounds neat in appearance. C. Large items of debris, such as large appliances or couches, abandoned on the properties by others shall be removed to a suitable dump site by the City or by the Contractor as Additional Cost Work if approved by the City. Notify the City immediately when such dumping occurs.
Debris Control. The property shall be reviewed weekly to ensure that debris such as bottles, papers, cartons and similar items are disposed of to keep the grounds neat in appearance.

  • Weed Control The tenant shall control all noxious weeds on the subject lands and maintain any summerfallow in a reasonably weed free condition.

  • DEBRIS Contractor shall be responsible for the prompt removal of all debris which is a result of this contractual service.

  • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.
