Watering Sample Clauses

The "Watering" clause sets out the responsibilities and requirements for providing water to plants, landscaping, or other relevant areas covered by an agreement. Typically, it specifies who is responsible for watering, the frequency or method to be used, and any standards that must be met to ensure healthy plant growth. For example, it may require a tenant to water lawns regularly or a contractor to maintain irrigation systems. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties understand their obligations regarding plant care, thereby preventing neglect and maintaining the intended appearance and health of landscaped areas.

Within 24 hours, water shall penetrate to at least a 12” depth for all planted trees. The Proposer shall confirm that watering operations are meeting this target depth. vi. The following methods are acceptable. The City PM may require the Proposer to use one of the following watering methods for specific projects. 1. Truck with water tank and pump: The water tank shall be clean, and the pump shall be in good working condition, without leaking connections. Tanks previously used for chemical application are strictly prohibited. The truck shall remain on paved areas at all times, unless approved by the City.
