TEMPORARY CONTROLS. A. Construction Manager shall provide pumping, temporary drainage, water diversion, weather protection and controls as required to ensure not to delay the Work or the work of other contractors. B. Construction Manager shall keep the premises free from the accumulation of debris, rubbish and other waste material caused by Construction Manager, subcontractors and suppliers and remove all such material from the Project Site at least once every week. In addition, the building concrete floor when constructed shall be kept free from the accumulation of dust and dirt and shall be broom cleaned at least once every week. Should Construction Manager fail to provide cleaning as prescribed, Project Manager may arrange for the cleaning and the costs thereof shall be deducted from the Contract Sum. Should a dispute arise between Construction Manager and other contractors as to the responsibility for cleaning, Project Manager may arrange for the cleaning and the portion of the cost thereof, as Project Manager determines to be just, shall be deducted from the Contract Sum. C. Construction Manager shall take all precautions and provide all protection necessary to ensure that the building concrete floor will not be marked, spotted, stained or damaged in any way.

Provide positive methods and apply dust control materials to minimize raising dust from construction operations, and provide positive means to prevent air-borne dust from dispersing into the atmosphere. C. Water Control: 1. Provide methods to control surface water to prevent damage to the Project, the site, or adjoining properties. a. Control fill, grading and ditching to direct surface drainage away from excavations, pits, tunnels and other construction areas; and to direct drainage to proper runoff. 2. Provide, operate and maintain hydraulic equipment of adequate capacity to control surface water. 3. Dispose of drainage water in a manner to prevent flooding, erosion, or other damage to any portion of the site or to adjoining areas. D. Pest Control: Not used.
TEMPORARY CONTROLS. A. Cleaning During Construction: Contractor at all times shall keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials and rubbish caused by operations for the Work. Provide a collection can at each area used for eating. Pick up garbage daily. Keep Project Site free of garbage, trash, vermin and rodent infestation. Contractor, by agreement, shall require each Subcontractor to collect and deposit waste and rubbish caused by Subcontractor operations at pre-designated location. Clean interior areas prior to start of finish Work. Maintain areas free of dust and other contaminates during finishing operations. B. Noise Control: In and around occupied areas, minimize use of noise producing equipment. Work with noise-producing is subject, at all times, to the ODR's approval of entire procedure. Use only on a scheduled basis as agreed with the ODR prior to start of Construction operations. C. Water Control: Provide methods to control surface water to prevent damage to the Project and adjoining properties.   • Personnel Controls The County agrees to advise Contractor Staff, who have access to PII, of the confidentiality of the information, the safeguards required to protect the information, and the civil and criminal sanctions for non-compliance contained in applicable federal and state laws.   • Administrative Controls The Contractor must have the following controls in place: a. A documented security policy governing the secure use of its computer network and systems, and which defines sanctions that may be applied to Contractor staff for violating that policy. b. If the Data shared under this agreement is classified as Category 4, the Contractor must be aware of and compliant with the applicable legal or regulatory requirements for that Category 4 Data. c. If Confidential Information shared under this agreement is classified as Category 4, the Contractor must have a documented risk assessment for the system(s) housing the Category 4 Data.

  • SUBSIDY CONTROL 33.1 The Contractor should obtain its own advice as to whether the Subsidy Control Rules apply to the Funding received in relation to the Services delivered under this Contract. Guidance on this can be found at Complying with the UK’s international obligations on subsidy control: guidance for public authorities - ▇▇▇.▇▇ (▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇). 33.2 Where the rules on Subsidy Control apply, the Contractor must: 33.2.1 comply with the relevant notification requirements; and 33.2.2 collect and retain appropriate records and will supply those records to the Department on its request. 33.3 The Department reserves the right to require the Contractor to obtain a contribution towards the cost of the Services delivered under this Contract from the employer of any Learner. Where a contribution is required, the Department will confirm to the Contractor in writing the exact percentage of the contribution. 33.4 Where the Department requires the Contractor to obtain a contribution towards the cost of the Services under Clause 33.3 above, the Contractor must provide evidence that the contribution has been received. 33.5 If a recovery order or any other enforcement measure is taken under the Subsidy Control Act 2022, the Contractor will repay the relevant subsidy to the Department within 28 days or such other timescale that the Department agrees with the Contractor.

  • TIA Controls If any provision of this Indenture limits, qualifies, or conflicts with another provision which is required to be included in this Indenture by the TIA, the required provision shall control.
